Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the ERP space; with a focus on Business1 and Business Central.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager should have:

  • Proven track record in sales and account management within the ERP SaaS Space is essential
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals effectively and successful in managing Bids and Tender processes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts within the Enterprise and Public Sectors at C-suite level
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
