Build and maintain strong relationships with the client acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Work closely with production, creative, development and animation teams, to ensure that client requirements are understood and executed effectively. Support the production team with regards to project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations.

Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project. Work with internal teams to find solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Address client feedback and concerns, and ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and progress.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting to Head of Business and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication of project results and insights.

Execute efficient communication strategy with all levels of internal management as well as with external stakeholders, including client and third parties.

Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, grow the provided services to existing clients, and develop strategies to maximize client value and studio revenue.

Collaborate with production, creative, development and animation teams, to develop compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients. Focusing on solutions to address client objectives, differentiate the studio from competitors, and showcase our expertise and value proposition.

Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and agreements. Work closely with the executive leadership team to finalize contracts, pricing structures, and other terms and conditions.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use this knowledge to anticipate client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and position the studio as a trusted partner and industry leader.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the studio, expanding professional networks, and identifying partnership opportunities.

Must Have

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years within a Video Game Studio.
  2. Experience within interactive entertainment and/or games VR, AR and MR.
  3. Strong understanding of interactive technologies and their application in advertising campaigns.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  5. Ability to effectively present ideas and information to clients and internal teams.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  7. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  8. Ability to meet with clients in-person when needed and to travel internationally as required.
  9. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
