  • Experience working in a B2B environment with enterprise customers.
  • Desirable: Experience selling to HR and/or C-level executives.

What you will be doing:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, building relationships with C-level and HR management, and staying informed about business and talent needs.
  • Define suitable product offerings to meet customer needs, optimizing talent assessment and management activities, and delivering sales presentations.
  • Drive sales to closure by navigating roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop strategic account plans, forecast sales, and report on activities.
What we are looking for from you:
  • Proven SaaS solution sales experience, preferably from a Consulting or Business Services background.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment with enterprise customers.
  • Desirable: Experience selling to HR and/or C-level executives, HCM experience, HR qualification or related business discipline.
