Senior Account Manager - Banbury

Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Salary up to 36k

We're searching for an experienced Recruitment Senior Account Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover contract.

Location: The base will be on-site at our client in Banbury. There is a requirement to support up to 4 industrial on-site locations, including travel to Amersham, Coventry, and Long Sutton. Applicants must have a full UK driver's license, access to a well-maintained vehicle, with car allowance and expenses provided.

Your Role as a Senior Account Manager:

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage client accounts, source top candidates, and drive recruitment strategies. You'll act as a trusted advisor for our clients and a career champion for job seekers, ensuring the perfect match every time.

Key Responsibilities:
