Service Care Solutions are working alongside an ambitious tech-oriented finance broker who are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their expanding team. Please find a description of this opportunity below.


Role: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 (+commission)
Working: Hybrid/Remote
Location: Paulerspury, Northamptonshire


Role Overview:
  1. Actively develop new and existing relationships with clients through telesales, social media, trade events and networking.
  2. Provide finance solutions to clients by offering a range of products including, but not limited to, asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and property finance.
  3. Effectively analyse financial requirements and key financial documentation.
  4. Develop a full understanding of your clients' requirements.
  5. Draft proposal documents and compile compelling applications.
  6. Research background information on the appropriateness of prospects before engaging.
  7. Maintain a high standard of professional conduct in all oral and written communication.
  8. Develop own knowledge and skills.
  9. Stay vigilant against the risks of fraud and money laundering and report concerns promptly and appropriately.
  10. Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all your dealings and correspondence.
  11. Support other Account Managers and the wider team through sharing expertise and best practice.
