About the role:

We’relooking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Account Managerto take ownership of key client relationships and oversee campaigndelivery at the highest level. This is a role for someone with theexpertise and confidence to lead client strategy, the creativity tospark bold ideas, and the organisational skills to deliver exceptionalresults across multiple accounts.

What you’ll bedoing:

  • Client leadership: Build and maintainstrong client relationships, acting as their trusted partner andadvisor.
  • Account strategy: Lead the strategicplanning and execution of TikTok campaigns, ensuring alignment withclient objectives.
  • Brief management: Interpret andrefine client briefs, translating them into actionable plans forinternal teams.
  • Team collaboration: Work within-house TikTok creators, freelance talent, and influencers to deliverinnovative, on-brand content.
  • Content ideation: Driveideation sessions to develop creative concepts that resonate withTikTok audiences.
  • Campaign performance: Monitor,track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionableinsights to optimise results.
  • Research & analysis: Conduct trend, competitor, and influencer analysis to stay ahead inthe ever-evolving TikTok landscape.
  • Client shoots: Attend and manage client shoots where necessary, ensuring everythingruns smoothly and to brief.

What you’llbring:

  • Extensive experience in account management,ideally within a social media or creative agency.
  • A deepunderstanding of TikTok, its trends, and how to create high-performingcontent.
  • A proven ability to lead multiple client accounts,balancing creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Strongcommunication skills, with the gravitas to influence clients and leaddiscussions confidently.
  • A highly creative mindset, with apassion for generating and refining bold ideas.
  • Exceptionalorganisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability tojuggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactiveproblem-solver, comfortable with last-minute changes andforward-thinking solutions.
  • Experience working closely withcreative teams, understanding their workflows and challenges.
  • A data-driven approach to evaluating campaign success andpresenting insights.
