What will be your responsibilities?

You will be part of our newly established Account management team, with the mission of expanding our partnerships with existing customers across new regions and departments. As (Senior) Account Manager you will spearhead the growth strategy for our most strategic accounts across Europe and work closely with our Customer Success team and other verticals within Gain.pro to unlock expansion opportunities. This entails:

  • Strategic engagement: You craft detailed customer-centric account plans and strategies to unlock maximum value based on your interactions with stakeholders and their strategic goals. This entails articulating Gain.pro’s value-add and ROI to senior executives and delivering tailored, use-case-based demonstrations.
  • Relationship management: You build lasting relationships with customer stakeholders, developing long-term trust, positioning Gain.pro as a strategic partner and thought leader.
  • Unlocking potential: Across your own portfolio of accounts you identify expansion opportunities and consistently achieve ambitious ARR targets.
  • Driving pipeline: You convert opportunities taking deal ownership and driving the sales process, delivering on a 6-7 figure annual ARR target.
  • Navigating complexity: You engage diverse audiences and navigate complex organizations, understanding decision-making processes and varying interests of involved parties.
  • Collaborate internally: You take the lead on defining the account strategy and partner with Sales, CS, Marketing and Product to align efforts and deliver outcomes.

Who are you?

We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about the future of tech-enabled deal-making. You bring:

  • Education: You hold a university degree from a top-tier university in business, finance or a related field.
  • Account Management experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, owning revenue metrics, driving renewals and expansion.
  • Relevant industry experience: You have worked with customers in the Private Equity, M&A or Consulting industry before or have worked in the industry yourself for at least 3 years.
  • Team player: You enjoy working with others collaboratively and learning from each other.
  • Customer-centric mindset: You display a customer-first mindset to drive outcomes for clients that will foster trust and enable future growth.
  • Engagement: You enjoy engaging with customers in person to foster deep relationships and travel occasionally for client visits and to conferences.
  • Strategic mindset: You are structured, proactive and skilled at building and executing on long-term plans, thereby prioritizing by impact.
