Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused Senior Account Manager to join our Client Accounts team. You’ll partner with some of the UK’s biggest retail brands, helping them maximise the value of their VoCoVo solutions. This role is about more than renewals and revenue growth—you’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, uncover new opportunities for collaboration, and act as the voice of the customer within our business.

You’ll be responsible for owning and growing key accounts, accurately forecasting performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver for our clients. Success in this role means building long-term partnerships, meeting and exceeding performance targets, and ensuring our customers see VoCoVo as a critical partner in their success.

This is a hybrid position with 1 day per week working from our Cheltenham office plus travel to customer meetings and ad hocvisits to our Shipton Under Wychwood office.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a relationship-driven and commercially astute Senior Account Managerwho can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You will:

  • Have experience managing and growing relationships with major enterprise clients (Tier 1 retailers preferred).

  • Be confident in forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiation, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Bring solution-focused and consultative selling skills, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored solutions.

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, able to balance client success with business profitability.

  • Be skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives.

  • Take a proactive approach to identifying risks to renewal and mitigating churn.

  • Be highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment and familiarity with HubSpot CRM is advantageous

What You'llDo

  • Own the full lifecycle of your assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and delivering measurable value.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth opportunities.

  • Accurately forecast revenue and account performance, maintaining a +90% forecast accuracy rate.

  • Identify and proactively address risks to renewal, implementing strategies to protect and grow revenue.

  • Drive incremental growth through solution enhancements, cross-sells, upsells, and by surfacing new opportunities for the sales project team.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and customer satisfaction initiatives (CSAT), building strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, legal, operations, and product—to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Draft clear, concise statements of work (SoWs) and work with the legal team to finalise contracts and terms.

  • Deliver engaging, on-brand presentations to decision-makers and senior audiences.

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot) and first-class account administration to support visibility and decision-making.

Salary

Salary range: £59,000 - £65,000 per year plus commission
