We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Handler to join our Commercial team in Milton Keynes. This outstanding opportunity involves managing new business, renewals, and mid-term changes to provide our customers with suitable cover and pricing.


Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working. You will be based from our Milton Keynes office.

Some of what you'll be doing includes…

  • Regularly monitoring renewals and new business activity to aid in effective planning and resourcing

  • Supervising the timely and accurate production of documentation to best meet our client's needs

  • Responding to market and third-party queries, proposing and producing high-quality market documentation that meets our team's expectations

  • Coordinating your own work activities to ensure both your personal and team objectives are achieved.

  • Maintaining appropriate client files and credit control, liaising IBA as and when required

  • Someone with a customer-focused approach, able to work independently and flexibly to achieve tight deadlines

  • An analytical yet approachable great teammate, keen to build balanced relationships with both team members, clients and insurers

  • Someone willing to learn and impart knowledge to junior members of the team

Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)

  • A level or equivalent (desirable)

  • Dip CII (desirable)
