Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team in Staines. As a national multiple award-winning broker, we are market leaders in our specialist areas and are dedicated to providing top-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships and liaise with clients and insurers on a daily basis
  • Process mid-term adjustments and handle general administration
  • Ensure all communications, documents, and invoices are issued in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Considerable experience in the Corporate Insurance industry, including SME Motor, Property, and Liability
  • Proven track record in providing quality service to clients for renewal and new business insurance arrangements
  • Strong knowledge of Acturis

Day-to-Day:As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining client and insurer relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
