Job summary

Newly Weds Foods Limited in the UK is seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to grow and protect profitable customer partnerships across designated accounts. You will chair commercial discussions, coordinate Innovation, R&D, Culinary and Marketing activities, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

You'll build strong relationships, lead pricing negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and commercial success in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in science, ideally Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Senior Account Management experience.
• Experience with NPD processes and product development in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including international travel.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with designated customers to deliver profitable growth.
• Coordinate R&D, Culinary, Innovation and Marketing activities with customers.
• Identify opportunities and manage internal resources to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to protect profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory.
