The Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new customer acquisition, expanding the company’s market presence, and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll work with mid- to large-scale enterprises, navigating complex sales processes and engaging with executive stakeholders to deliver value. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Drive new customer acquisition in both national and international markets, focusing on mid- to large-scale enterprises.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in your defined sales territory.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with Business Development Representatives, Presales Engineers, and management to ensure deal success.
  • Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that generate demand and strengthen market presence.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate, data-driven sales forecasts to improve pipeline visibility and revenue planning.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining sales processes, strategies, and structures for enhanced efficiency and performance.

  • Academic Background: Degree in economics, business, computer science, or related fields; equivalent professional experience also considered.
  • Sales Expertise: Several years of direct sales experience in high-growth SaaS organisations, with a proven track record of acquiring and retaining enterprise customers.
  • Performance-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • C-Level Engagement: Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders, particularly CFOs, to close complex enterprise deals.
