Based in UK - open to relocate to Dubai, working from the Dubai AI Campus—you’ll be LEGALFLY’s key sales executive responsible for building and growing our presence in the United Arab Emirates—a rapidly evolving legal and business environment embracing AI-driven transformation.

Key responsibilities:

Drive UAE growth: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UAE region, identifying opportunities across enterprise clients, law firms and public institutions.
Open to relocate: Spend meaningful time on the ground in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other UAE business hubs to develop in-person relationships and close strategic deals.

Bridge global and local: Operate as a connector between our UK and Belgium based team and regional UAE stakeholders, aligning sales efforts with legal, regulatory and cultural expectations.
Develop brand presence: Act as the face of LEGALFLY in the UAE, establishing our brand with key decision-makers, attending major industry events, and cultivating high-impact partnerships.


You might be a fit if you are:

A top-performing AE with 10+ years of B2B Enterprise level SaaS sales experience.
● Are UK-based and excited to relocate to the UAE.
● Have experience or familiarity with the Middle East business culture and enterprise sales landscape.
● Understand or are eager to learn about compliance and data regulations specific to the GCC region.
● Fluent English speaker and Arabic (nice to have, not required) to enhance communication and relationship-building.
Client-centric, customers you’ve worked with in the past should rave about working with you.
Flexible and adaptive, with a history of leaving systems, processes, and content better than you found them.
An exceptional collaborator and have a “we-all-win-together” mentality.
Relentlessly resourceful and resilient.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen understanding of business goals and a drive to exceed them.
