Job Description

We seek an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us capitalize on this market opportunity and meet significant revenue targets. MuleSoft is the fastest-growing unit within Salesforce, with the UK being one of its fastest-growing markets globally. Experience in Travel, Transport, Hospitality, API Management, or Integration is advantageous but not required.

This role is strategic, not just tactical. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for owning and executing your territory’s go-to-market strategy and leading the sales cycle. We aim to transform how our customers build software and conduct business. You will sell strategic outcomes through long-term, high-growth engagements.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  2. Strategically prospect into CTOs, CIOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and business executives
  3. Build strong relationships resulting in growth opportunities
  4. Partner with Solution Architects and collaborate with Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Work with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  6. Participate in sales enablement, advanced sales training, and leadership development programs

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Recent, relevant experience leading complex, high-value sales to IT and business leaders
  • Proven success exceeding quotas in software sales roles
  • Experience closing large deals ($200K+)
  • Excitement for hunting new territory and building business from scratch
  • Strong consultative, outcome-based sales approach focused on customer success
  • Honest and direct communication, prioritizing others’ best interests (radical candor)
  • Collaborative team player with a company-first mindset—supporting others to achieve results
