An award-winning Microsoft Gold partner is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the UK SMB market. This role involves building strong client relationships and providing tailored IT solutions, with a focus on the latest Microsoft offerings including Azure and Office 365. Ideal candidates are results-driven with significant experience in account management within the tech sector.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing/ driving sales
in the UK SMC market . This role involves developing strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
oServe as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Microsoft products and services.
oUnderstand client business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide effective solutions.
oDrive sales of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other solutions.
oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
oDevelop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
oCollaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client engagement and product adoption.
oConduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
oPresent and demonstrate Microsoft products and services to clients.
oProvide technical and business insights to clients to help them understand the value of Microsoft solutions.
oCustomize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
oWork closely with Microsoft technical teams, product specialists, and other internal resources.
oCollaborate with marketing and product teams to support client needs and drive product improvements.
oMentor and support junior account managers as needed.
oStay updated on the latest Microsoft products, services, and industry trends.
oParticipate in training and certification programs to maintain expertise in Microsoft solutions.
Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Experience:
oMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
oProven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
oExperience with Microsoft products and solutions is highly desirable.
•Skills:
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oExcellent sales and negotiation skills.
oAbility to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
oProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
