We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to pioneer MuleSoft’s presence in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to be the first on-the-ground representative, shaping the future of MuleSoft in the region. You will take ownership of building the market, driving growth, and setting the foundation for long-term success. What you will be doing
Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
Strategically prospect into CTOs/CIOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and business executives
Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
Participate in our sales enablement training, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Recent, cumulative experiences that demonstrate your success in leading sophisticated and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders

  • a track record of overachievement in quota carrying software sales roles

  • Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up

  • Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach

  • Proficient in English and Greek

  • Value speaking directly and honestly with others’ best interests at heart

  • A highly collaborative teammate with company-first mentality, meaning we leave our egos at the door and support each other to get results and win together
