Senior Account Executive
- Due to growth, the company is seeking Senior Account Executives in strategic locations to manage key clients and expand their footprint.
- The role involves client management, retention, and strategic business development across industries like engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, creative sectors, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
- The setup allows focus on clients and prospects, supported by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
- This is a home-based role with regular office attendance, targeting clients with fees or commissions of at least £5,000-£10,000.
- The goal is a 10% growth in your book, with bonuses increasing from there.
- A dedicated business development team provides leads and appointments.
- You’ll receive full broking, handling, and administrative support, plus access to claims and risk management solutions.

Rewards
