An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to ‘level up’ in all areas – from the proposition and service you offer your clients, through the way you’re rewarded and managed, into the progressive environment you’ll work in.

You’ll join a commercial insurance broking business with a compelling story; the firm is innovative and amongst the fastest-growing in the UK – all built on a foundation of quality advice and exceptional service.

Senior Account Executive

  • Due to growth, the business is seeking Senior Account Executives in strategic locations to manage key clients and develop the ever-growing footprint.
  • The role combines client management and retention with strategic business development within target industries such as engineering, manufacturing & technology, construction & real estate, energy & renewables, creatives, life science, private equity, leisure, and retail.
  • The setup allows focus on clients and prospects, supported by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
  • This is a home-based role with regular office attendance, working with clients paying at least £5,000-£10,000 in fees or commissions.
  • You’ll be targeted on growing your book by 10%, with bonuses on an increasing trajectory.
  • A business development team will provide prospects, leads, and appointments.
  • You will have full broking, handling, and administrative support, plus claims and risk management solutions.
  • This role offers career advancement within a successful and growing business.
