About the Role

SPORTFIVE UK is recruiting an experienced Account Executive for the Brand Solutions team, working on our major client, EA SPORTS. You will be involved in the activation and management of its global football athletes. You will join a team experienced in creating, managing, and activating sponsorship campaigns for brands, working with premium rights holders. Your sports and football knowledge will be crucial.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and leading the management and activation of EA SPORTS FC global Ambassadors.
2. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager and supporting the delivery of partner rights, including:

• Collaborating with clients on content creation, marketing assets, and campaign rollouts.
• Managing the approval process of EA SPORTS FC marketing assets with FC Ambassadors.
• Maintaining internal records, logs, and client reports.
• Producing contact reports and meeting notes.
• Attending activation events and hospitality trips as needed.
• Generating creative ideas for FC Ambassador rights activation.
• Supporting social media tracking and monitoring FC Ambassador content.

Qualifications and skills required:

• 2-3 years of talent/athlete activation experience, preferably in football.
• Experience in direct communication with talent and management teams.
• Knowledge of the European football scene and interest in gaming/esports.
• Strong social media and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for travel and flexible to attend evening and weekend events.
