The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial contact through to contract negotiation and close. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across law firms and legal teams, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can deliver value in complex, high-stakes matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development across assigned territory/accounts.

- Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers within top law firms and corporate legal departments.

- Lead consultative sales conversations, understanding client pain points and positioning theplatform and services as a solution.

- Own the entire sales process from lead generation through to deal closure and handover to onboarding.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client services teams to align client needs with internal resources and roadmaps.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal tech, SaaS.

- Proven track record of selling to law firms or legal departments.

- Strong consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

- Any experience with eDiscovery solutionsis a strong advantage.

- Candidates must be UK citizens oreligible to work in the UK with no visa requirements.
