Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Ensures refreshments, tech, and meeting prep is completed, supporting team
  • Client Management: Shares client and competitor documents in a timely manner
  • Media and Influencer Relations: Prepares and keeps up-to-date accurate, relevant media distribution lists
  • Media and Influencer Relations: Builds media and influencer relationships across consumer lifestyle, mainstream, and specialist outlets relevant to client base
  • Media and Influencer Relations: Develops high-quality media releases, pitches, and materials, including research, writing, editing, collating, and distributing through relevant social media channels
  • Media and Influencer Relations: Pitches to media via email and phone, and follows up media enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Digital and Social: Monitors and reports on client, industry, and competitor social media activity
  • Digital and Social: Develops content calendars with Account Managers
  • Digital and Social: Develops, posts, monitors, and reports on social media content as directed
  • Event Management: Assists with event management including research, venue, catering, talent selection, and management
  • Planning and Strategy: Liaises and attends meetings with clients, media, prospective clients, and internal teams (Red Havas and the broader HKX Village), supporting with admin as and when required
  • New Business: Assists with research for new biz pitches, supporting senior team members
