Join an award-winning Healthcare Communications agency as they actively recruit a new Senior Account Director to become a permanent member of their Client Services team.

? Role: You will play a pivotal role in one of the agencies leading oncology accounts, shaping new strategies for diverse healthcare clients. You'll enjoy a varied and dynamic experience. From events, congress, ad boards, educational materials, to strategy and creative campaigns. The agency offers flexibility tailored to individual preferences and specialities depending on whether you prefer working on medical education or creative advertising.

?? Responsibilities:

• Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
• Understand the client's business and brief.
• Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

? Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare communications.
• Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.
• Experience working in the therapy area of Oncology.
• Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
• Demonstrates curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a passion for creativity.
• Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
• Team player mentality, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production teams.
• Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
• Experience with Veeva, Promomats, and CRM platforms.
