This role is instrumental in supporting the senior leadership in overseeing the client portfolio, delivering work with maximum impact and seeking out commercial opportunities.
You are a passionate Influencer Expert with a range of experience across consumer brands, being able to adapt your strategic recommendations to support a broad spectrum of clients from the beauty, F&B, retail and automotive sectors (illustrative not exhaustive) and who strives to deliver best in class content that impact perception and business outcomes.

Client Service
- Senior leadership for client relations and excellent client counsel
- Develop and execute engaging creative influencer strategies relevant to the clients brief that are aligned with overall business/comms objectives and strategy
- Proactively pitch new ideas to clients to ensure we cut through and remain best in class
- Lead in the management and handling of potential issues/crisis situations, ensuring all communication is delivered in a calm and professional manner
- Be the thought leader for the Influencer Division, crafting a role where clients want your opinion
Influencer Operations
- Drive commercial growth for influencer across the agency by forming relationships with Account Management leads to upsell our services
- Client lead for managing paid influencer campaigns across multiple social media channels through all stages: identification, SOW creation, fee negotiation, briefing, contracting, content delivery, relationship management
- Diligent approach to measurement and evaluation, delivering reports which demonstrate impact and ROI
- Demonstrate tactical fee negotiation to maximise client budgets
- Retain existing influencer relationships and grow your personal network with new creators and agents to benefit Halpern and our client roster
- Leading innovation for the team, looking at partners (both talent & technology) to ensure the agency is as informed as possible of the evolution of the space
- Monitor and interpret emerging influencer and creator trends, translating these insights into persuasive client presentations that shape campaign strategy
Team
- Inspire and motivate your team, the wider division and agency
- Review the output of the team and report directly to the SLT on performance
- Act as a mentor and sounding board for those that want to learn from your experience
- Report weekly to the Directors on any commercial updates
