Job summary

ITV plc is seeking an Account Director to lead senior client relationships across immersive media projects. You will manage briefs from scoping to post-launch, translating progress into clear stakeholder communication and balancing creative ambition with timelines and budgets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive campaign launch and amplification plans, and contribute to new business pitches. Hybrid working in London area is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex client projects at senior level.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong track record in nurturing senior client relationships and escalations.
• Experience collaborating with creative, strategy, production and technical teams.
• Solid commercial experience including scoping, budgeting and change control.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches and organic growth.
• Experience in gaming/immersive media spaces is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own senior day-to-day client relationships across multiple projects.
• Lead projects from briefing through pre-production, production, launch and post-launch.
• Be the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to set timings, milestones and launch plans.
• Advise on the strategic and creative direction and defend ideas to clients.
• Support new business pitches and shape responses for opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and partnerships.
