Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Development Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will work closely with existing clients to maximize profitability and operational efficiency through our solutions. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client profitability and efficiency.
  • Engage proactively with clients to ensure effective use of our solutions, leading to higher retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and business expansion.
  • Achieve growth targets and contribute to overall company success.
  • Participate in training and mentorship programs for professional development.
  • Drive 100% recurring revenue within assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop long-term, high-value client relationships to ensure sustainable success.
  • Manage deals and stakeholder relationships confidently, engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Apply formal sales methodologies to achieve results.
  • Create tailored growth strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure client success.
  • Understand industry landscape and position solutions effectively.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
