An established charity is seeking a Senior Accessibility Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance inclusivity and accessibility. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategic interventions and improve experiences for diverse communities, particularly focusing on physical and sensory disabilities. Reporting to the Head of EDI, and as part of the EDI leadership team, you will hold close relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. You will work collaboratively to support the transformation in behaviours and skills needed to make this charity a more accessible and equitable place for all.

This role is available full time and permanently for 37.5 hours a week, but we welcome applications for those looking for different working patterns and are happy to discuss further with interested candidates.
