AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Accessibility Consultant in London or other UK offices. You will lead accessibility commissions, deliver audits and inclusive design reviews, and provide authoritative advice across rail, streets, buildings and public realm projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, mentor colleagues and contribute to bid development, all while staying updated on accessibility legislation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in access and inclusive design consultancy (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of accessibility legislation and standards.
• Ability to interpret drawings and provide authoritative accessibility advice.
• Proven project delivery with budget and client management.

Responsabilités

• Lead accessibility commissions with scope, programme and budget.
• Deliver audits, appraisals and inclusive design reviews across built environments.
• Provide technical advice and review drawings and design information.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams and stakeholders.
• Support bid inputs and business development; ensure quality standards.
