Qualifications

• Practical application of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
• Experience contributing to a design system or shared component library.
• Hands-on testing experience with assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible UI across established product surfaces.
• Lead remediation of accessibility gaps.
• Apply knowledge of accessibility standards to UI design.

Skills

Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2

Strong command of semantic HTML

Excellent CSS skills

Experience with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver

Excellent communication skills

Tools

Axe or equivalent testing tools
