Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling Subject Access Requests (SAR) and FOI.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to applicants and staff.
• Knowledge of information rights legislation and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine and complex access to information cases (SAR, FOI).
• Apply disclosure, exemptions and redaction requirements.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Access to Information Officers and Administrators.
• Support administration of FOI/SAR systems, monitor performance and quality.
• Contribute to improvements in workflows, reporting and communications.
