As our Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and leading the Academy Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support, oversee key school systems, assist with finance and HR processes, and help ensure an exceptional experience for pupils, parents, visitors, and staff.

We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive individual who:

  • Possesses excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Can manage competing priorities and work effectively on their own initiative.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Experience within a school or Multi-Academy Trust environment, along with knowledge of Bromcom and PS Financials, would be advantageous but is not essential.

At Heathlands Primary Academy, we are proud of our caring, inclusive, and ambitious culture. As part of Greenheart Learning Partnership, you will join a collaborative Trust that values professional development, teamwork, and excellence in education.

We offer:
  • A supportive and friendly working environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • The chance to make a meaningful contribution to children's education and wellbeing.
  • A committed team of colleagues who are passionate about making a difference.

Heathlands Primary Academy and Greenheart Learning Partnership are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
