Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a skilled CNC programmer/operator in the United Kingdom to program, set and operate 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines. The role involves offline programming using CAPT CAD/CAM or One CNC, and to write CNC programs using FANUC controls.

The ideal candidate will be a time-served engineer with strong ability to read engineering drawings and experience in environments producing one-off components and exotic materials.

Qualifications

• Must be a time served engineer.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Experience in offline and online CNC programming.
• Experience machining exotics.
• Experience in environments with one-off production.
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays).

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate 4 & 5 axis CNC Milling machines.
• Offline program using CAPT CAD/CAM system or One CNC.
• Write CNC programs through FANUC.
