Job summary

A&O Shearman in London is seeking a 3E Senior Applications Developer to join our Finance team. You will design, develop and maintain enterprise solutions that enhance staff productivity and financial performance, with a focus on Elite 3E customization.

You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust VB.Net, SQL and XML solutions, ensure code quality, document work, and support the Elite 3E ecosystem across the Global Finance Group.

Qualifications

• Experience customizing Elite 3E and integrating with finance systems.
• Strong VB.Net, SQL and XML/XSLT development skills.
• Ability to design robust, scalable enterprise solutions and document work.

Responsibilities

• Most development will be in-house customization of Elite 3E PM system.
• Develop performant, scalable and robust solutions using VB.Net, SQL and XML.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Lead complex discussions and communicate across levels of the organisation.
• Produce structured reusable code and ensure coding standards.
