Job summary

Got The T-Shirt is seeking a talented 3D Generalist/Animator for an on-site, full-time role in Knowsley, Liverpool. You will create high-quality 3D assets and animations across campaigns, collaborating with the post-production team to deliver polished visuals.

The role requires strong skills in Cinema 4D/Maya/Blender, a solid animation foundation and a showreel demonstrating both 3D creation and movement. You will manage multiple projects within a busy agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3D Generalist/Animator with strong 3D software knowledge (Cinema 4D, Maya or Blender).
• Strong 3D animation ability to bring objects and concepts to life.
• Portfolio demonstrating both 3D creation and animation work.
• Experience with character animation is desirable, using Maya or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing and storytelling.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other motion/design tools.
• Basic video editing capabilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets, environments and visual content for campaigns and branded content.
• Use Cinema 4D, Maya or Blender to bring concepts to life and prepare assets for animation.
• Develop and refine 3D assets for production and delivery.
• Explore different visual styles based on the creative brief.
• Collaborate with designers to turn concepts into polished 3D visuals.
• Create engaging 3D animation across projects and deliver to final output.
• Support basic video editing and post-production tasks as needed.
• Work with the Head of Post-Production and wider team to ensure timely delivery.
