Our client is a global shopper & commerce agency that delivers value by working with major brand owners and their strategic partners to develop and implement marketing communications creatively and efficiently at scale worldwide. A key part of a global agency network that employs over 10,000 people, they are growing significantly and have recently redeveloped their EMEA headquarters in central London. Due to new pitch wins and the expansion of several global accounts (huge market-leading global FMCG brands), they are now seeking to appoint a Senior 3D Designer (hybrid with 2 days in the central London office) whose primary responsibility will be the creation of in-store concepts and key visuals.

As a Senior 3D Designer with excellent Cinema 4D skills, your primary responsibility is the development of concepts and visual design related to in-store environments. You will need to have an active interest in retail/shopper marketing and be able to deliver commercially focused creative work of the highest standard.

The broader opportunity is to work across brand, category, and omnichannel shopper & commerce-led projects with a store-first approach, but also extend thinking into new and innovative digital experiences.

As an experienced in-store creative, you’ll be a self-starter and form strong working relationships with internal Project/Account Management teams and Creative leadership (internally & externally). You will have an understanding of structural design in both temporary and semi-permanent POS/POP design (ideally with some experience of permanent POS).

Core responsibilities:

• Think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a given design/marketing brief
• Be articulate and engaging in front of clients
• Understand and deliver a best practice approach to creative projects
• Self-motivated and able to lead creative work from brief through to production
• To be a respected, valued, and trusted part of the creative team
• Leverage Shopper Marketing knowledge to develop designs based on a real-world understanding of retail design practices
• Understand the client’s business and develop a good understanding of client brands
• Manage client expectations and build a reputation for creativity
• Support other team members in delivering the highest standard of service to the client

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience of multi-channel retail marketing practices
• Good understanding of print, production, repro, and digital media, including costs
• IT literate and fully conversant with Adobe Creative Cloud & Cinema 4D
• Ability to provide commercial creative solutions quickly and effectively
• Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver effectively
• Knowledge of artwork and production processes
• Strong team player with good planning and organizing skills
