Job summary

ATA Recruitment in Leicester is seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to grow the South East desk. You will balance business development with managing existing accounts, leveraging inherited clients and national PSLs to expand opportunities.

You will own your desk with autonomy and the support of an established team and leadership, while driving uncapped earning potential and career progression.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing or a related technical sector.
• Experience winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Ability to sell permanent recruitment solutions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Grow your desk across the South East by building long-term client relationships.
• Take ownership of inherited local accounts and maximise their recruitment potential.
• Support national PSL accounts and develop opportunities through sales data and warm leads.
• Develop a strong candidate network using job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement.
