Job summary

AMS is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Baker McKenzie in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will partner with hiring managers to shape strategies, build pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.

You’ll leverage proactive sourcing, market insights and strong stakeholder management to influence hiring decisions across multiple roles and geographies. A hybrid work model and global opportunities await.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience within Professional Services.
• Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and proactive sourcing through to offer and acceptance.
• Proven use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and diverse sourcing channels.
• Experience recruiting professional, specialist and senior-level roles.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior hiring managers influence.
• Consultative approach: challenge briefs, advise on talent availability and adjust strategies.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive talent.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Use market insights and recruitment data to shape sourcing strategies and influence decisions.
• Confidence in managing offers and negotiations.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multiple vacancies.
• Experience delivering to recruitment SLAs, KPIs and hiring targets.
• Strong commitment to inclusive recruitment and high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to interview, offer and acceptance.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a recruitment adviser.
• Lead vacancy consultations, understand skills required, and decide on recruitment and sourcing approach.
• Develop and deliver proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, databases, networks and channels.
• Identify and engage both active and passive talent, building strong pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates, delivering high-quality shortlists to hiring managers.
• Use market insight to advise on candidate availability, skills and market conditions.
• Manage interview activity, candidate feedback and complex offer negotiations.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the client.
• Maintain recruitment data and meet SLAs, KPIs and targets.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.
