Job summary

Nteractive is seeking an experienced Design Lead (2D) to lead significant 2D design projects across digital, print and live environments for our Creative Studio. This senior role requires hands-on craft, leadership, and client-facing presentation, with emphasis on events experience.

You will collaborate with Creative Lead/Director and mentor other designers, setting high standards in typography, layout and brand application while driving innovative design across global live activations.

Qualifications

Significant experience as Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer in events/experiential or creative agency settings.
Experience operating as a lead designer on significant projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Lead 2D design work across digital, print and live environments.
Own significant design projects from concept to final execution.
Interpret briefs and develop compelling, commercially appropriate design solutions.
Collaborate with Creative Lead and leadership to refine concepts.
Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
Mentor and provide guidance to other 2D designers.
