An established environmental consultancy is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their growing team based near Milton Keynes. With a strong reputation for delivering high:quality ecological services across the UK, this company offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced ecologist looking to step into a position with greater responsibility and influence. Youll play a key role in overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of ecological projects from inception to delivery
• Produce and review technical reports, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and protected species surveys
• Organise and oversee fieldwork activities
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Assist with client liaison and project coordination

Requirements
