Salary: MPS £31,650 - £49,084 FTE + TLR2C + SEN allowance pro rata

Start date: 1st September 2025

Type: Permanent Contract for SENDCo administration.

Role Overview

The Governing Body seeks an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and qualified SENCo to provide leadership for SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will join a dedicated staff committed to student success. The role includes one day per week for SENDCo administration, with a schedule to be discussed.

Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice.
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the SEND Policy and coordination of specific provisions for pupils with SEN.
  • Ability to guide colleagues and work effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
  • Enhance the Christian ethos of the school.
