Salary: £30,000 - £49,084 + TLR/SEND point
Elementa is recruiting a SENDCo to join a successful secondary school and lead the SEND provision, supporting learners and the school staff team. The school has a long-standing reputation for good academic results, excellent Ofsted ratings, and a welcoming staff environment. Stable leadership has maintained consistency for both staff and students.
The SEND provision has been well managed, and students are well supported. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a similar role and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff.

Applicants will undergo pre-screening. Trial contracts may be offered. A DBS Enhanced Disclosure will be required (costs approximately £62.70) unless you have a current DBS on the Update Service. A clear DBS is desirable but not mandatory for consideration.
