Havering Education Services is seeking a Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Coordinator to join the Aspire Learning Federation. The role involves supporting pupils with SEND, managing provision, and ensuring inclusive practices across schools. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams and contribute to a forward-thinking educational environment.

Salary: Main Pay Range 4-6/Upper Pay Range + SEN Allowance 2 (£5,149)
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent (Non-class based)
Reports to: Head of School (Mrs Lesley Fuller)
Start Date: Autumn Term 2025
The Aspire Learning Federation was established in March 2022 between Elm Park Primary School and The RJ Mitchell Primary School. Both schools have a highly inclusive philosophy. We set high expectations for all our pupils and provide high quality pastoral care and support for our most vulnerable pupils. Anyone applying for this post will be employed by the Aspire Learning Federation and may therefore be required to work across both schools. In the first instance, this post is to work at Elm Park Primary School but there will be collaboration with SEN team staff from both schools within the federation.
Elm Park Primary is a two form entry primary school. We believe that every child deserves the very best education and we are proud to grow good people, people who are inspired and excited to make a difference to their lives and the lives of those around them.
