Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a SENDCo to work at a Nursery School in Great Barr. Our client is a GOOD School as rated by OFSTED and they are looking to recruit a SENDCo who is passionate and committed to helping raise attainment for young people with SEN.

As a SENDCo at our clients school you will be responsible for designing and delivering interventions with students in the classroom and supporting the educational needs of children with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement effective interventions for students with SEN.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to support students' learning.
  3. Monitor and assess student progress.
  4. Provide guidance and support to staff regarding SEN.
Qualifications:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Experience working with children with special educational needs.
