Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with local schools and authorities across the UK. Roles are self-employed with flexible in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching opportunities to support children with SEMH and SEND needs.

The positions offer competitive pay (£28–£35 per hour), flexible hours, CPD mentoring, and a supportive team for safeguarding and student progress. Interviews are arranged as applications come in.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD preferred.
• Experience teaching English, Maths or Science.
• QTS/QTLS required or eligible.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan lessons and report progress to local authorities and schools.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring in a safe learning environment.
