Prospero Teaching is seeking 1:1 tutors to support children in care and those with special educational needs in Manchester and surrounding areas. Tutoring can take place during school hours, after school, or on weekends.
Responsibilities include supporting Maths, English and Science across key stages, with sessions in homes, care settings, or libraries. Prior experience with SEMH/LAC is advantageous and DBS checks are likely required.

We offer a variety of part‑time tuition opportunities that can take place during the school day or after school hours and on weekends.
Successful tutors will support students mainly in the core subjects of Maths, English and Science across all key stages.
Lessons may occur in the child's home, a care home, or an alternative setting such as a local library.
Students may have difficulty responding to conventional teaching and may exhibit behaviour and/or SEN difficulties and be working at lower levels than their peers.
