TP Tutors collaborates with Local Authorities, Schools, and Alternative Provisions to provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN/SEND and SEMH needs. Join our team of patient and understanding tutors to empower and inspire learners to achieve their goals.

The Role:

• Delivering 1:1 tuition sessions covering core subjects, both in person and via our virtual portal.
• Planning sessions to support students towards their goals.
• Assessing and tracking student progress.
• Communicating with guardians and case workers to ensure students receive optimal support.

Our Ideal Tutor:

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging core and cross-curricular sessions.
• Proactive and motivated to help students catch up academically.
• Knowledge of behaviour management strategies.
• Organized and thorough, ensuring students meet their learning objectives.
• A dedicated consultant available for support regarding current or future roles.
• Payment in-house, avoiding fees from umbrella companies.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
