Job summary

Parkside Community School in the East Midlands is seeking enthusiastic Teaching & Learning Assistants Level 2 to support students with SEND and help deliver a differentiated curriculum under the SEND Manager.

Applicants should have GCSE A-C, strong ICT skills, experience with learners, knowledge of KS3/KS4, and good communication, teamwork and safeguarding practices. The role offers CPD and progression opportunities within a supportive staff body.

Qualifications

• GCSE A-C or equivalent to include EM.
• Good ICT skills and understanding of how data informs learning.
• Experience supporting young learners and managing behaviour.
• Knowledge of KS3/KS4 curriculum and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support for students with SEND.
• Support delivery of a differentiated curriculum as directed by SEND Manager.
• Maintain student records and feedback to staff as required.
• Work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships.
