Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join SEND schools across South West London, including Richmond and Twickenham. This full-time, term-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, supporting students in a small class setting and collaborating with teachers to foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.

• Ability to motivate and engage students with SEND.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Empowering Learning are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join teams at SEND schools across South West London.

About the Role:

Full-time, long-term position - Monday to Friday, term-time only.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

• Supporting students both academically and emotionally in a small class setting (around 10 students)
• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to manage challenging behaviour positively
• Acting as a positive role model, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills
• Strong leadership support and opportunities for career progression
