  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs in the classroom.

Profile

A successful SEND Teaching Assistant should have:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs in an educational setting.
  • A positive and patient attitude with the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field (preferred).
