Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Twickenham is seeking Teaching Assistants to join teams at SEND schools across South West London. The role is full-time, long-term, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with hours 8:30am – 4:00pm.

You will support students academically and emotionally in small classes, work with teachers to manage challenging behaviour, and model positive development. There is strong leadership support and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Patience and resilience to support students with SEND.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Support students academically and emotionally in small groups (~10 students).
• Work with teachers to manage challenging behaviour positively.
• Act as a positive role model helping students gain confidence and life skills.
