Job summary

New Reflexions is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to start January 2027 within The Fitzroy Academy in Shrewsbury. The role focuses on transforming the lives of children with autism, LD, MLD and complex needs through tailored education in a nurturing setting.

You will join a dedicated team, delivering individualised programmes, adapting teaching methods to engage learners at early development levels, and upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with experience in SEN and autism/learning disabilities.
• Ability to deliver individualised programmes of education for students with complex needs.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and holistic development of learners.

Responsibilities
